PREPARE/ENRICH

To register for the online Prepare/Enrich assessment please fill in all of the fields below. Within 48 hours you will receive an email with a link to take the assessment. Here are some suggestions that will assist you in providing a productive assessment:

• Take the assessment separately.
• In an area where there are little distractions.
• Be in a productive mindset (Taking the assessment right after a heated discussion is not recommended).
• Do not take the assessment if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The Assessment will take approximately 45-60 minutes. You do not have to finish the assessment all at once, we understand that life happens and it may take multiple log-ons to finish.

After both of you have completed the assessment you will be contacted by a facilitator and they will explain the process to you.
